Four bedrooms, one dune, and no one else in sight.
A restored 1960s beach house with a deep covered porch, an outdoor shower and a private boardwalk to the water.
The house
Built for long mornings and sandy floors.
The main floor opens end to end — kitchen, table for ten, and a covered porch that everyone ends up on by the second day. Two bedrooms face the water, two face the pines, and the bunk room off the hall sleeps the kids without anyone negotiating.
We live an hour away and look after the place ourselves. If something breaks while you are here, it gets fixed the same day.
