Payments

Your own merchant account. Rates that fall as you grow.

Manorly sets you up with your own merchant account and prices it at interchange-plus: the card networks' wholesale cost, plus a margin you can see. No blended rate hiding the markup, and no commission on the stay — the platform fee is the platform fee.

01

Deposit at booking, balance on your schedule

Take a deposit when the guest books and the balance before arrival — or the whole stay up front. You set the policy per property.

02

Security deposits as holds, not charges

Authorize a hold against the card, capture only if there's damage, release automatically after checkout. Guests see a hold, not a charge.

03

Refunds that follow your policy

Cancellation terms live on the reservation. A cancellation computes the refund from the policy the guest agreed to — and that agreement is on file.

04

A statement you can read

Gross, processing, platform fee, net — per stay and per home, with the month's disputes and holds on the same page.

Gateway options

Two ways to process. Both settle to you.

Manorly provisions a dedicated merchant account per owner or management company on our payments stack, or connects to an NMI-compatible gateway you already hold. Either way the funds are yours, the rates are negotiated for your volume, and the dispute desk works the same.

  • Manorly merchant account — we onboard you, set the rate for your volume, and the statement lives in your dashboard.
  • Bring your own NMI gateway — keep the account you have; Manorly runs the booking, the holds and the evidence on top of it.
  • No commission either way — the platform never takes a percentage of the stay.
